- Do the honorable thing...that means decline to accept the bonuses, sincerely apologize for lousy stewardship and then resign! NOW!!!

You sure do have it correct. I, (we, you, all Americans), now own 80% of AIG. I own a small company. Forget the Christmas bonus--these bonuses are out of the ?. Since I now own a fair share of AIG, now a penny stock, I want all of the $ returned and all of the division that rec'd the $ to be given a SMALL severance, and their walking papers. Reward them? Keep them on because they are so valuable? Keeping their clients happy on our dime? OUT, and LEAVE the $ BEHIND!
